I’m Ryu — a chef and former K-pop TV director from Seoul, where I worked on hit shows like Running Man. My love for K-culture, people, and food inspired me to share authentic Korean flavors beyond Seoul, and Cambridge became the stage for that dream. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with Michelin-star chefs like James Martin, experiences that shaped my cooking style and passion.
